A good friend of mine recently linked a youtube video to me that discusses Darwin's theories in great depth. This video discusses the science of outer space and the origins of life on our little insignificant planet. I found it to be very interesting. To my delight I did a little bit of digging and was able to find a website that belongs to the maker of this hour long youtube video. I was glad to see that he had a whole host of videos available to watch for free.
This website is definitely a treat for the hungry mind. If you would like to ponder and hear some views on science different from the small tidbits we're thrown from the mainstream media, then please check out the following website:

I must agree with "anonymous". Even if life on earth is the result of "seeding" by intelligent life elsewhere, where did that life originate? How did it evolve, for evolve it must have.
Dr. Joseph is apparently a rather competent neuroscientist, but that does not make him an expert in all sciences nor does it validate any of his (need I point out?) untestable and unverifiable hypotheses.
His model of the universe makes more sense to me than everything else out there.The Genome project will/is changing the worldview of all fields of science.I want proof of the spores on said meteors and then I will be a true believer in "astrobiology".
I must disagree with the previous poster who categorized Rhawn Joseph's work as "creationist nonsense".
I've watched about a dozen of his videos on Youtube, and while he occasionally mentions the "hand of god" as a possibility, he just as quickly dismisses it in favor of science.
And so what if he is a neuroscientist? I tend to examine new information based on its own merits as opposed to the credentials of its source.
Ad hominen attacks are generally used by people with a VERY weak counter-argument anyway (or a vested interest in the status quo)and, IMHO should be promptly ignored as both petty and non-productive.
Furthermore, I have always thought the big bang theory was a lot of silly foolishness, and now I'm glad other people are starting to figure that out too.
I'm also not a big fan of mathematicians/astronomers making up variables like dark energy, dark matter and black holes just so their equations work...ABSURD!
Maybe if these "scientists" pulled their collective heads out of their collective black holes, they wouldn't see so much darkness.
FYI, I subscribe to no religious beliefs nor do I believe some imaginary deity created anything, however that doesn't mean that I am going to fall for some moronic pseudo-scientific theory about the origin of the universe or the origin of life.
Guess what: I don't know how life came about and neither do you.
I also believe in an eternal, infinite universe - one that requires no creator or dreamy-eyed "scientist" to explain its presence! And possibly, quite possibly life has always been a part of that infinite and eternal universe.
